Why does it come in 2 separate packages?

We use different printing systems for different products, so you will receive 2 different packages. 

How come both packages don’t come at the same time? 

Packages will come at different times as we use different printing systems. If you order 2 items one might come earlier than the other. Do not worry you will receive both packages you have requested.
